In an intense Serie A clash at the Blueenergy Stadium, Inter Milan secured a narrow 3-2 victory over Udinese, with Lautaro Martínez delivering a standout performance. The match had its fair share of drama, with multiple missed chances, late substitutions, and a disallowed goal that left fans on the edge of their seats.

The game started at lightning speed, as Inter's Davide Frattesi found the net just one minute in, courtesy of a pass from Matteo Darmian. Inter continued to press, but missed several opportunities to extend their lead, with both Frattesi and Martínez failing to convert.

Udinese struck back in the 35th minute when Christian Kabasele directed a well-placed header past Inter goalkeeper Yann Sommer, leveling the score at 1-1. However, Inter regained the lead right before halftime when Federico Dimarco’s cross found Martínez, who, after a scuffed first attempt, slotted the ball home.

Martínez quickly doubled his tally after the break, firing in from close range following a well-worked assist from Marcus Thuram. Inter appeared to be in control with a 3-1 lead, but Udinese refused to back down. In the 83rd minute, Lorenzo Lucca scored Udinese’s second goal, making it 3-2 and setting up a nervy finish for Inter.

Despite a late goal from Mehdi Taremi being ruled out, Inter managed to hold on for the win. The result maintains Inter’s strong record against Udinese, who have now suffered two consecutive losses after a solid start to the season.

Simone Inzaghi's side will take confidence from the result as they continue their push for the top of the Serie A table, while Udinese will look to bounce back in their next outing.
